Who handles your information
Zookia Solutions, managed by Kingsley Niklesh Aden Kingsley and part of Kingsley Group, operates zookia.cc and is responsible for the information it collects through this website. This policy covers website visitors, email subscribers, enquiries and our online tools.
Information we handle
Depending on what you choose to do, we may handle your email address, business contact details, the information you include in correspondence, account identifiers returned by Google or GitHub, subscription preferences and technical records needed to operate and secure the site. Do not send sensitive information or customer data that is unnecessary for your request.
The itinerary builder saves your company profile, logo, itinerary details, customer details and prices in account-linked storage so you can reuse branding and reopen your itineraries. Valid edits are autosaved after a short pause. PDFs are generated in your browser from that information. Download only skips saving the latest version, but earlier autosaved drafts remain available. You can delete saved itineraries in your dashboard; contact us to request removal of your company profile or other account information. Saving an itinerary does not subscribe you or your customers to our newsletter.
The homepage audit form stores your website, country, business type, main platform and email so we can review your website and respond. It sends notifications to the manager's designated Zookia team inboxes. Audit submissions and their delivery records are removed from the application database after 90 days by the worker; related correspondence in team mailboxes may be retained as needed to answer your request or provide a service. Requesting an audit does not subscribe you to marketing. The separate contact form currently displays a local acknowledgement and does not deliver submissions; contact us directly or book a call to send an enquiry.
Email marketing and consent
If you choose to subscribe and confirm your email, we will send Zookia newsletters, promotional offers, information about our services, free resources, and tourism or travel-business updates. These are marketing emails. Subscription is optional and is not a condition of buying a service or using an enquiry form.
We record the email address, signup source, consent wording and version, request time, confirmation time, subscription status and delivery status. The newsletter form does not collect your personal name. We use the information to manage your subscription, deliver relevant Zookia marketing and understand our audience in aggregate. We do not sell or rent your contact information or mailing list to other businesses.
Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. You can opt out without an account, fee or explanation. Unsubscribing stops future queued marketing emails; a message already in transit may still arrive. Essential messages about an existing service, security or a request you made are separate from marketing and may still be sent when necessary.
Why we use information
We use information to respond to requests, provide agreed services, maintain accounts and security, and operate the website. Marketing based on consent stops when you withdraw that consent. Where applicable, we rely on contract-related steps, legitimate interests in operating and securing the site, or legal obligations for other processing. We do not make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects through the newsletter.
Anonymous totals and client publicity
We may use genuinely anonymised, aggregated figures to describe our business, such as the number of clients we have served or newsletter subscribers. Subscriber counts are not presented as client counts. Totals must be accurate and must not identify an individual or reveal confidential commercial information.
Newsletter signup, an enquiry or use of our tools does not give permission to publish your personal name, company name, logo, identifiable project details or testimonial. We will seek separate, documented client approval before using identifying company details, logos or case-study material publicly. Approval should specify what may be used and where. Contact us to withdraw permission for future use; we will review existing material and applicable contractual obligations.
Hosting, mail and other services
The mailing list and campaign queue are stored in Zookia-controlled storage and the newsletter is delivered through our configured mail server. Hosting operators, mail infrastructure and your receiving mail provider may necessarily process information to provide delivery and security. This is different from selling data. Google and GitHub handle sign-in under their own policies. If you allow the optional booking calendar, Cal.com receives the information needed to load the calendar and process a booking.
Infrastructure may operate in more than one country. Before enabling a production provider, we must assess the appropriate contractual protections and any international-transfer requirements. We restrict administrative access, protect credentials and use encrypted network connections where supported. No system can guarantee absolute security.
Retention and deletion
Unconfirmed newsletter requests expire after 48 hours and are removed after 30 days by the background worker. Confirmed addresses are retained while subscribed. On unsubscribe, we remove the readable address from the subscriber record and retain a one-way address hash, unsubscribe identifier and limited consent/status records to honour the opt-out and demonstrate consent. A new explicit signup must be confirmed before marketing resumes.
Campaign and delivery records are retained for administration without recipient addresses in the delivery log. Local development preview email files may include addresses and links and must be deleted when testing is finished. Backups must follow the operator's retention schedule; where a suppression record must be kept, we explain that limitation in response to a deletion request. Other service correspondence is kept only as needed for the service, legal obligations or resolving a dispute.
Your choices and rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, object to processing, or withdraw consent. Withdrawing consent does not change the lawfulness of earlier processing. We do not knowingly seek newsletter subscriptions from children. If a child's information has been submitted, please contact us so it can be removed.
Policy updates
We will update the date when this policy changes. A materially different marketing purpose requires a new choice where consent is required; changing this policy does not silently expand an existing subscription.
Contact and requests
